- Your playing level and any notes you give us, so we can put you in the right group.
- Booking history, so you and our team can see what you have booked.
- Payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used, if you have consented to analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- To confirm and manage your bookings.
- To contact you if a session time changes.
- To run your membership and take payment.
- To send you the monthly newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To keep the courts safe and to meet our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
