Terms & conditions

Booking

• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reference.
• Courts can be booked up to 14 days ahead, or 21 days ahead for members.
• You must be able to attend the session you book. Places cannot be resold.
• We may move a session to a different court at short notice.

Cancellation and refunds

• Coached sessions and private lessons: free to move or cancel up to 24 hours before the start time.
• Court hire: free to cancel up to 12 hours before the start time.
• Inside those windows, the booking is charged in full.
• If we cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

Coaching blocks

• Blocks are sold as a whole and are not pro-rated for missed sessions.
• If you miss a session, ask your coach — we will fit you into another group where there is space.
• We may change the coach taking a session. The programme and level stay the same.

Membership

• Memberships run for a minimum of three months, then continue monthly.
• Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the minimum term.
• Annual memberships are paid up front and are non-refundable after 14 days.
• Included sessions and guest passes do not roll over between months.

On court

• Clean, flat-soled trainers only. Marking soles damage the court surface.
• Please arrive on time — sessions start and finish on the hour.
• Follow the instructions of coaches and staff at all times.
• Juniors under 12 must be signed in and collected by a parent or guardian.
• We can end a session without refund for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Health and safety

Padel is a physical activity. You take part at your own risk and confirm you are fit enough to do so. Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before you start.

Photography

We sometimes photograph sessions and events for our own marketing. Tell any coach or the desk if you would rather not appear, and we will make sure you do not.

Prices

Prices shown on this site include VAT where applicable and may change. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you book.
